A subscription platform for exit planning advisors and the business owners they work with. Built for Southern Exits and running in production.
The problem
Owners start thinking about selling when a sale is already on top of them. By then the advisor is reacting instead of guiding. The opening had to come earlier, and it had to be worth an owner’s afternoon.
The solution
The advisor sends a link. The owner works through a readiness assessment. The advisor gets the results back and runs the next meeting off them. Around that sits the rest of a real product: subscription billing, an advisor dashboard, an admin console, transactional email on a verified domain, and PDF reports the owner keeps. Rate limiting and row level security throughout, because the data is somebody’s business.
